Acceptance of these terms

These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of CloudCopilot AI. By accessing the website, creating an account, or using the product, you agree to these terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.

If you are using CloudCopilot on behalf of a company, team, or other legal entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these terms.

Use of the service

CloudCopilot provides a workflow for cloud architecture planning, comparison, diagramming, cost-oriented review, and draft implementation artifacts such as Terraform and CLI guidance.

You may use the service only in compliance with applicable law and these terms. You may not use the service to violate law, infringe rights, abuse platform limits, reverse engineer restricted systems, interfere with service operation, or submit content you do not have the right to use.

Accounts and security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account unless caused by our own misconduct or failure to exercise reasonable care.

You must provide accurate account information and promptly update it if it changes. You should notify us immediately if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.

Plans, billing, and subscriptions

Some parts of CloudCopilot may be offered under free, paid, usage-limited, or subscription-based plans. Pricing, quotas, and features may vary by plan and may be updated from time to time.

If you purchase a paid plan, you agree to pay applicable fees, taxes, and charges associated with that plan. Subscription renewals, cancellations, and refunds may be governed by the billing terms presented at checkout or in your account at the time of purchase.

Your content and generated output

You retain responsibility for the prompts, project content, and other material you submit into CloudCopilot. You represent that you have the necessary rights to use that content with the service.

As between you and CloudCopilot, and subject to applicable law and third-party provider terms, you may use the generated outputs produced for your workspace. However, you are responsible for validating those outputs before relying on them in engineering, security, compliance, cost, or deployment decisions.

Service changes and availability

We may add, modify, suspend, or remove product features, plans, limits, integrations, or functionality at any time. We may also perform maintenance, updates, or security work that affects service availability.

CloudCopilot is offered on an evolving basis. We do not promise uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or that every generated output will be complete, accurate, production-ready, or suitable for your specific environment.

Third-party services

CloudCopilot may depend on or integrate with third-party providers such as authentication vendors, payment processors, hosting services, and AI model providers. Your use of certain aspects of the product may therefore also be affected by third-party terms, limitations, outages, or policy changes.

We are not responsible for the independent acts or omissions of third-party services except as required by applicable law.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

CloudCopilot is provided on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and any warranty that outputs will be accurate, secure, compliant, or deployable without review.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CloudCopilot and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, goodwill, data, or business interruption arising from or related to your use of the service.

Termination and updates

We may suspend or terminate access to the service if you violate these terms, create security or legal risk, abuse the platform, or fail to pay applicable fees. You may stop using the service at any time.

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we may post the revised version on this page and update the effective date. Continued use of the service after an update may constitute acceptance of the revised terms where permitted by law.
